Consulting Statement

In my advisory and consulting capacity, I have led numerous monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) assignments, including baseline assessments, situation analyses, impact evaluations, and institutional capacity assessments for a range of organisations across several regions. My advisory approach is informed by extensive experience working across international cooperation projects in the development sector, where I have worked closely with civil society organisations, government agencies, and international multilateral and bilateral organisations.

I have extensive experience working on development projects funded by major international donors, including the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), the European Union (EU), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and the Danish International Development Agency (Danida).

Overall, my consulting approach combines my academic experience and rigorous research methodology with a practice-oriented perspective. This enables me to develop a nuanced understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve the intended objectives. His approach emphasises methodological rigour, contextual understanding, and practical, evidence-based recommendations that can inform decision-making and strengthen organisational and programmatic outcomes.
